My name is Elise, I'm a full time college student in Southern California - originally from Virginia.

I'll graduate in 2009 with a degree in Human Resources Management, but my real passion is dogs.

At home I've got a chocolate Lab named Pax and an Akita/Chow mix named Sam - I miss both of them very much! Someday I'd like to have a huge yard with an army of dogs.

In my spare time I volunteer as an adoption coordinator at a local animal shelter, and I work part time in customer service for a "botique" dog supply company.

I love writing, so hopefully I'll have plenty of hubs published soon. Most will be on dogs, some will be on other interests like nutrition, fitness, shopping, and stuff I see on the news.
